Shipping Information:

First of all, many thanks for shopping with us! Our business is a small, family-run operation, and we truly appreciate every single customer.

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped 1-3 days after we receive it! We'll ship your tracked package via UPS, Fedex or Canada Post Expedited service, and depending on your location, your order will generally be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Currently our US & International website is only set up to ship within the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and a handful of European countries, but we look forward to adding new destinations as we grow! And if you’re located in Canada we invite you to order through our Canadian site at www.marketofstars.ca. All prices are in US dollars. Orders sent to our US, Australian, and New Zealand customers won’t incur any additional duties or tariffs :) However, customers in Europe are responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may be incurred on their order upon delivery. Please reach out to us if you have any specific questions — we’re happy to help!

Return Policy:

Items on our website can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs). All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending your items back with a tracking number as we won’t be able to honour returns on lost parcels. Returns will not be accepted unless we are contacted first. If you need to make a return, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your name and order information, as well as the reason for the return, and we will do our very best to assist you!
